Molex’s Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) division is seeking a Materials Manager to lead planning, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics for our manufacturing operations. You will drive material flow, collaborate across engineering and production, and ensure timely procurement to support high-reliability aerospace and defense systems.

In this role, you will mentor a team of planners, buyers, and material handlers, optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, and implement best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of materials management or supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute material management strategies aligned with production and delivery goals.
• Lead cross-functional coordination to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, availability, and cost-effectiveness of materials.
• Drive production planning, purchasing, and inventory control activities to meet customer requirements.
• Mentor and lead planners, buyers, and material handlers toward performance targets.
• Analyze material usage and forecast demand to reduce shortages and excess inventory.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives using KPIs to monitor material flow and supplier performance.
