Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with aerospace production planning experience.
• 5+ years of direct Production Control experience.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduling for assigned part numbers and ensure material readiness.
• Coordinate across manufacturing, supply chain, fulfillment, and customer service to drive schedule execution.
• Monitor material flow, shortages, corrective actions, and traceability throughout production.
• Maintain accurate work orders, documentation, and production records.
• Analyze production performance to identify inventory improvements and cost reductions.
• Support on-time delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
