Job summary

Molex ADS in Saint Cloud, MN seeks a Senior Production Control Planner to lead complex production planning aligning demand, materials, inventory and capacity. You will guide the planning process, resolve constraints, and use data-driven analysis to improve on-time delivery and operational reliability.

You will mentor junior planners, partner across procurement, engineering, quality and operations, and drive improvements in scheduling accuracy using ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in production planning, control, MRP, or inventory planning.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (Glovia, SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
• Strong ability to manage complex schedules and cross-functional resolution.
• Effective communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of production schedules for complex lines.
• Analyze orders, forecasts, backlog to adjust planning priorities.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, engineering, quality, and ops.
• Monitor metrics like on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and inventory.
• Provide scenario analysis to optimize resource allocation and throughput.
• Ensure ERP/MRP data integrity and scheduling best practices.
• Mentor junior planners and standardize planning processes.
