Molex’s Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) division seeks a Materials Manager to lead planning, purchasing, and inventory control across manufacturing operations in the aerospace/defense sector. You will drive material strategies, coordinate with engineering, production, and quality, and ensure timely procurement and efficient material flow.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of materials management or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement, and production planning processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute material management strategies aligned with production, inventory, and delivery goals.
Lead cross-functional coordination to optimize end-to-end supply chain.
Manage supplier relationships for quality, availability, and cost-effectiveness of materials.
Drive production planning, purchasing, and inventory control to meet requirements.
Mentor a team of planners, buyers, and material handlers toward targets.
Analyze material usage, forecast demand, and reduce shortages and excess inventory.
