Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Sr. Production Manager - Operations Control to lead SQCDP across PECNA Operations. You will set clear expectations, drive accountability, and ensure inventory control and WIP health through structured routines.

You will collaborate upstream and downstream to align planning, inventory, and execution, with a strong focus on safety and quality as non-negotiables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• Preferred MBA/MS Lean/CI or project management certification.
• 7+ years in manufacturing operations control, production control, inventory control, or supply chain execution.
• Experience with inventory governance and ERP/MES transactional discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Control cadence integrating hourly boards and escalation routines.
• Translate production plans into executable schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Drive closure on issues with accountability and structured recovery.
• Ensure inventory thresholds and WIP health align with supply chain needs.
