Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Sr. Production Manager - Operations Control to lead SQCDP across PECNA operations. You will establish a clear cadence, drive plan vs.

actual performance, and remove barriers to delivery while ensuring inventory health and safe, quality production. The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing operations control with ERP/MES experience and a track record of cross-functional leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing ops control, planning, inventory, or supply chain execution.
• Experience with ERP/MES and data-driven escalation/issue tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain an Operations Control cadence across planning, inventory and execution.
• Drive plan vs. actual performance with visible metrics and structured recovery.
• Develop managers and teams with accountability and data discipline.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to translate plans into executable schedules.
