Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Quality Operations Manager to lead site‑wide quality systems and drive performance in manufacturing. The role partners with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance to meet customer specs and pursue continuous improvement.

You will own KPIs, manage CAPA, NCRs, and help scale quality frameworks across shifts and departments in a high‑volume lithium‑ion battery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site‑level quality systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong collaboration with Operations, Engineering and Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead site‑wide quality systems and KPIs, including FPY and COPQ.
• Own NCR processes and design CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to embed quality in design and processes.
