You monitor job performance, resolve failures, and support automation initiatives to keep critical workflows running reliably.

You will collaborate with IT and operations, maintain compliance, and develop automation scripts (Shell, PowerShell, Ansible).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with batch scheduling tools and ITSM processes.
• Strong scripting capabilities and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, execute, and monitor batch jobs across development, testing, and production environments.
• Ensure nightly completion of critical batch jobs and meet performance metrics.
• Develop workflows to meet business needs and integrate with applications (SAP/ERP).
• Provide advanced technical assistance and debugging to production teams.
