AVANGRID SERVICE COMPANY in Orange, CT seeks an Associate Analyst – Production Control to monitor and manage enterprise batch jobs using Control-M, UC4, and Autosys. The role ensures daily and nightly batch processing runs within SLA, troubleshoots routine failures, and supports automation efforts in a fast-paced IT environment.

The position reports to the Manager – IT Production Control and requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT with 1+ year of IT operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field and 1+ year of IT operations or production support.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with logs, scripts and batch processes.
• Familiarity with enterprise job scheduling tools and automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute batch jobs using enterprise scheduling tools (Control-M, UC4, Autosys).
• Ensure on-time batch processing under SLAs; troubleshoot routine failures.
• Assist with automation tasks and production support standards; participate in ITSM processes.
