Job summary

Avangrid Service Company in Orange, CT, with office-based, on-site work, seeks a Senior Analyst - Production Control to ensure smooth batch processing using Control-M, UC4, and Autosys. You will monitor job performance, resolve failures, and drive automation and continuous improvement across SAP-ERP integrations.

The role requires strong scripting and collaboration with IT and operations, plus creating dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with Autosys, CA Automic (UC4), Control-M, or Stonebranch.
• Experience with Unix/AIX/Wintel systems and scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell, Ansible).
• F familiarity with SAP and job scheduling tools (Control-M, UC4, Autosys).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, executes, and monitors batch jobs using Control-M, UC4, and Autosys.
• Ensures nightly completion of critical batch jobs and meets performance metrics.
• Maintains consistency across development, testing, and production environments.
• Develops workflows integrating SAP/ERP and automating tasks with scripting.
• Generates status and performance reports and provides troubleshooting support.
• Maintains batch calendars and supports disaster recovery exercises.
