Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field + 1+ year in IT ops/production support.
• Experience with enterprise job scheduling tools and batch processing.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and log-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute batch jobs using Control-M, UC4, and Autosys.
• Ensure daily/nightly batch processing meets SLAs.
• Troubleshoot routine job failures and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support consistency of batch schedules across environments (dev/test/prod).
• Assist with scripting and automation tasks and system performance.
