Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is looking for a Production Support Engineer in Chandler, AZ, offering hybrid work. The role focuses on end-to-end production stability, incident response, and collaboration with Engineering and Infra teams to implement fixes and upgrades.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in production operations, strong OpenShift/Kubernetes and CICD tooling experience, and cloud platform skills (AWS/Azure). The position includes on-call duties and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years in production operations or production support.
• Proven CICD platform experience in OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
• Hands-on with Red Hat Ansible Tower, JFROG Artifactory, GitHub, and release tooling.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms and Unix scripting (Python/Bash).
• Familiarity with Dynatrace or Splunk for monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end production support for applications to ensure stability and performance.
• Lead root cause analysis and remediation for production issues.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Development, and Infra teams for fixes and upgrades.
• Manage on-call rotations and incident triage to meet SLAs.
• Oversee disaster recovery procedures and production readiness activities.
