Job summary

Everforth Apex in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Production Support specialist for Informatica and Datastage to manage day-to-day operations and incidents. Hybrid work arrangement with on-call rotation.

The role requires 5+ years IT experience, strong SQL, Oracle/DB2, Unix/Windows scripting, and familiarity with monitoring tools. You'll collaborate with Dev and Business Ops to meet performance SLAs and support releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience in Production Support or related roles.
• Proven knowledge of Informatica and/or Datastage.
• Strong Unix/Windows OS knowledge and scripting skills.
• Experience with Oracle/DB2 and PL/SQL performance tuning.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and batch processing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end maintenance of production services for the technology platform.
• Manage day-to-day operations including Informatica and Datastage.
• Own resolution of production issues and escalations.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve using SQL and scripting.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive mitigations.
• Ensure SLAs are met for production and performance.
• Develop and refine policies and procedures.
• Provide on-call support during off-hours as part of a rotation.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Testing teams for releases.
