Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Production / Technical Support II to support remediation of security vulnerabilities on RHEL and Windows servers in a Chandler, AZ hybrid environment. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, monitoring patch deployments and troubleshooting issues for multiple business lines.

You will partner with engineering and technology teams to improve patching velocity and success rates, requiring strong communication across global teams and a focus on enterprise-scale

Qualifications

• Experience in RHEL and/or Windows Server systems administration.
• Knowledge of patch management processes.
• Experience with BMC TrueSight Orchestration.
• Experience with Tanium.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM.
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Remediate security vulnerabilities on RHEL and Windows servers.
• Oversee patch deployments across lines of business.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve patching speed and success.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor patch deployment jobs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment failures.
• Communicate status updates with internal partner technology teams.
