Everforth Apex is seeking a senior DevOps Engineer with deep AWS expertise to optimize production operations across multiple accounts and regions. You will design and maintain IaC with Terraform, automate deployments, and drive incident response for critical systems.

The role emphasizes observability through CloudWatch and Grafana, mentoring the team, and collaborating with development and operations to elevate overall reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS in multi-account multi-region contexts.
• Hands-on Terraform for IaC, including state management.
• Scripting in Python, YAML and JSON basics.
• Experience building observability pipelines with CloudWatch and Grafana.
• Production incident management and on-call experience.
• Background as software engineer transitioning to cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support production AWS environments for high availability.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Run CI/CD pipelines and handle deployments and backporting.
• Lead incident response and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Build observability using CloudWatch and Grafana.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident calls.
• Collaborate with teams to automate operations and guide others.
