Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Application Support professional to monitor batch processes, manage alerts, and resolve incidents in a hybrid Chandler, AZ environment. The role requires strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and participation in a multi-regional team.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of application support experience, with Autosys and UNIX scripting skills, plus knowledge of SQL/Oracle/Hadoop.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in an application support position with hands-on experience supporting client applications.
• Strong knowledge of Autosys and UNIX environment essential.
• Experience with SQL/Oracle/Hadoop or similar DBMS preferred.
• Ability to assess multiple incidents and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple batch processes to completion and investigate issues.
• Respond, analyze, and resolve alerts and incidents with clear communication.
• Create and update support documentation for knowledge management.
• Provide SME support to troubleshoot and resolve application issues and user inquiries.
