HealthEdge is seeking a Sr. Business Operations Manager, Product Value Realization, to own value creation between HealthEdge's product and delivery organizations.

This role governs the PDLC for delivery-originated requests, ensuring initiatives are properly scoped, prioritized, and executed across multiple workstreams. After delivery, you will compare projected versus realized value, sharpen future assessments, and drive continuous improvement in value realization with executive stakeholders

Competenze

• 7+ years of total experience in rigorous analytical environments.
• Proven ability to model, stress-test, and present quantitative value cases to executives.
• Experience defining and tracking input/output metrics and post-delivery validation.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end PDLC governance for delivery-originated requests across all phases.
• Validate problem statements, opportunity costs, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Translate strategic themes into initiative plans with milestones and owners.
• Lead cross-functional execution and deliver executive-ready status reports.
• Quantitatively validate value after release and reinject insights into prioritization.
