Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Value Manager for healthcare to guide outcomes realization and sustain value from AI-enabled investments. You will partner with executives to define measurable business impact, activate consumption, and demonstrate ongoing results across healthcare orgs.

You will own cross-functional engagements, shape value strategy, and contribute to reusable healthcare IP while mentoring others on the team.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience defining, quantifying, and tracking business outcomes from enterprise technology investments.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience — providers, payers, or healthcare services organizations.
• 8+ years owning the value approach across a portfolio of accounts or engagements.
• Experience measuring realized outcomes post-implementation.
• Experience with consumption-based or usage-based commercial models.
• Understanding of AI consumption by customers in healthcare environments.
• Experience with enterprise HCM, ERP, or financial systems in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Guide healthcare customers through ongoing outcomes realization to grow impact over time.
• Advise on flex credit adoption and consumption-based models.
• Build and defend quantified business outcomes with customer stakeholders.
• Engage healthcare executives to align on a shared direction for Workday investment.
• Partner across Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and Managing Partners to unify value approach.
• Contribute to the healthcare value practice with reusable models and IP.
