Job summary

NCH Healthcare System seeks a Program Manager for the Value Analysis program to drive growth and manage operations, balancing clinical outcomes with cost controls. You will lead analyses of products, engage clinical leaders, and coordinate with procurement to optimize product use and savings.

The role requires a clinical or healthcare operations background, with strong data analytics and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ experience in value analysis.
OR Associates Degree with 8 years’ experience; OR High School/GED with 10 years’ experience in value analysis.
Experience in Healthcare MMIS preferred.
Strong data analysis, visualization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with Strategic Sourcing and Contracting teams to support sourcing initiatives identified through the Value Analysis process and ensure successful implementation of awarded agreements.
Prioritizes activities and develops roadmaps for Value Analysis and Contracting teams.
Maintains a positive working relationship between Supply Chain and internal/external stakeholders.
Tracks status of value analysis initiatives and reports savings and ROI.
Ensures regulatory compliance related to product use within hospital guidelines.
