Job summary

Risant Health, Inc is seeking a Product Manager for the Value-Based Platform to lead the development of healthcare solutions that reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance patient experience across RHOs. You will collaborate with clinicians, operations, and IT to translate needs into clear requirements and a compelling roadmap.

You will own backlog, manage agile delivery, coordinate with portfolio teams, monitor KPIs/OKRs, and guide analysts and product owners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration with healthcare focus, Healthcare Data Analytics, Public Health, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Seven (7) years of experience in product management or related roles.
Proven ability to define and execute product strategies, build and manage roadmaps, and apply prioritization frameworks.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain a strategic product vision aligned with business goals, supported by market research and competitive analysis.
Develop and manage a dynamic product roadmap with prioritized features, milestones, and timelines.
Organize and lead the product pod team to deliver roadmap commitments and align features with other Product Managers.
Gather and document business, user, and compliance requirements, translating them into clear specifications.
Oversee agile product development to ensure timely, on-budget delivery that meets specifications.
Foster relationships across clinical, technical, and leadership teams for alignment and effective communication.
Identify and mitigate development and adoption risks while managing resources and budgets.
Track KPIs/OKRs to evaluate product impact and guide continuous improvement.
