Job summary

Highmark Health in United States seeks a product leader to define the product’s value proposition, articulate the vision, and align stakeholders. You will oversee execution of the vision and attend sprint/milestone reviews with the Delivery team.

You will own the product backlog, drive prioritization with internal and partner teams, and represent the product in governance meetings while ensuring roadmaps and experiments are clearly communicated to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience as determined by the company in lieu of degree.
• 3 years of product experience including software lifecycle and 1 year of advanced domain experience.
• 1 year of Agile process experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and strategy.
• Set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to audiences from product teams to executives.
• Anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvement opportunities.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and own the products/tools in the portfolio.
• Refresh and re-prioritize the backlog using input from internal and partner teams.
• Drive cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
• Other duties as assigned.
