Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Product Training Specialist to scale training across the Scale segment, delivering cohort-based programs, live webinars, and community experiences that translate complex platform concepts into actionable knowledge.

You will design and deliver onboarding to advanced adoption paths, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with product updates and customer needs. A flexible, remote-friendly role with strong growth opportunities awaits.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based programs for customers from onboarding to adoption.
• Design engaging experiences tying physical and digital assets to live sessions or Community experiences.
• Produce and adapt training materials to reflect product changes and audience needs.
• Leverage in-house and external tools to optimize training (Samsara Community, AI tools; Slido).
• Demonstrate platform expertise and handle a wide range of customer questions during live sessions.
• Manage all live session logistics including registration, delivery, Q&A, polls, and follow-up resources.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content and incorporate customer feedback.
• Identify knowledge gaps and work with Customer Success and Product teams to address them through programming.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles in global scaling.
