Job summary

Samsara, a leader in Connected Operations Cloud, seeks a Senior Scaled Customer Education Specialist to scale customer training across commercial and mid-market accounts. You will guide thousands of customers through structured journeys, delivering onboarding to advanced adoption via cohorts, live sessions, and digital programs.

This remote role supports US-based candidates (excluding SF Bay Area, NYC, and DC Metro).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience delivering at-scale programs and live webinars or vILT to external audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Ability to build digital learning assets using AI tools and authoring software.
• Working grasp of instructional design with clear learning objectives.
• Self-directed and analytical with ability to learn new products quickly.
• Ability to analyze engagement data and iterate to improve outcomes.
• Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple programs concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based one:many programs for customers from onboarding to adoption.
• Design experiences tying physical and digital assets to live sessions.
• Produce training materials and adapt to product changes and audience needs.
• Leverage tools like Samsara Community and in-house AI tools to optimize training.
• Demonstrate platform expertise and handle a wide range of customer questions.
• Manage live session logistics, including registration, delivery, Q&A, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content and collect feedback.
• Identify knowledge gaps and work with Product to address them.
