Job summary

Samsara, a leading Connected Operations Cloud company, seeks a Senior Product Training Specialist for the Scale segment. You will design, deliver, and scale training across one:many programs, live webinars, and cohort sessions to help customers derive immediate value from the platform.

You will partner with Customer Success and Education, building materials, optimizing experiences, and driving adoption across industries worldwide. Join a remote US-based team with global impact.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation for diverse audiences.
• Experience delivering at-scale training and live webinars to external audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to build digital learning assets using AI tools and authoring software.
• Working grasp of instructional design with clear learning objectives.
• Self-directed, quick to learn new products, and data-driven.
• Capable of analyzing engagement data and iterating content.
• Able to manage multiple programs with strong organization.
• Attention to detail in all materials and delivery.
• Comfortable working independently or in a team.
• 3–4 years teaching/training experience, with at least 1 year in scaled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver, and facilitate cohort-based programs for customers across sessions.
• Design experiences linking physical and digital assets to live or community formats.
• Produce and adapt training materials per brand standards and product changes.
• Leverage tools like Samsara Community and in-house AI to optimize training.
• Demonstrate platform expertise and handle diverse customer questions live.
• Manage all live session logistics: registration, delivery, Q&A, polls, follow-up.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape live training content.
• Identify knowledge gaps and partner with CS and Product to address them.
• Champion Samsara culture across global teams as we scale.
