Responsibilities

• Provide technical resolution for equipment field issues.
• Serve as technical liaison for customers and internal teams.
• Monitor field performance and develop analytics.
• Mentor Field Service Group personnel and support training.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and determine root causes.
• Travel to customer sites for repairs, installation, and support.
• Develop end-user documentation and training materials.
• Write and execute test plans for system diagnostics.
