Responsibilities

• Provide technical resolution of equipment field issues for Advantest ATS line of test systems.
• Serve as a technical liaison for customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor field performance and develop analytics to support business needs.
• Mentor Field Service Group personnel to maximize capabilities and effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot to determine root cause and define diagnostic parameters.
• Travel to customer sites for repair, troubleshooting and system installation as required; document incidents.
• Develop end-user documentation and provide technical training to internal staff.
• Create test plans for system-level component diagnostics.
• Collaborate across departments to support project assignments and prioritize field data.
