Job summary

Fieldguide is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations to connect Product, Engineering, and GTM, turning strategy into execution across the lifecycle. You'll create operating systems for better decisions, shipping with confidence, and measurable impact for customers.

This is the first dedicated hire in this function, balancing hands-on execution with strategic initiatives and building from zero rather than inheriting. If ambiguity slows you down, this is not your role.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, strategy, or consulting at a high-growth tech/SaaS company.
• Experience building processes and programs from scratch and scaling them.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Voice of Customer systems across stakeholders into product signals.
• Establish rigorous mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact with dashboards and KPIs.
• Own analysis behind major product bets: competitive positioning and unit economics at scale.
• Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals.
• Build run-of-business systems that scale as we grow.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
