Job summary

Fieldguide is seeking a Senior Customer Success Enablement Manager to partner with the CS, Implementation, and Product teams to deliver scalable enablement programs. You will drive onboarding, ramp, and ongoing enablement, leveraging AI-native workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes for customers.

Reporting into Revenue Enablement leadership, you will measure impact through renewal and expansion outcomes and help Fieldguide retain and grow a global customer base with strong playbooks,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience with at least 3+ years in Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success Enablement.
• Experience running demos, trainings, or building enablement materials for product teams.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across CS, Product, and RevOps.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close gaps in CS onboarding and enablement processes.
• Build scalable enablement programs and AI-native workflows.
• Partner with Product, Education, Support and Marketing to translate product changes into practical CS enablement.
• Develop onboarding curricula, ramp plans, and ongoing enablement engines for CS & Implementation.
• Own feedback loops from the field to continuously improve playbooks and tooling.
