Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive product management and strategy experience.
- 3+ years leading Product Managers or Product Owners.
- Proven success defining product strategy and delivering digital products.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile or hybrid delivery.
- Strong business acumen linking customer problems to outcomes.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Prioritize investments and measurable outcomes using customer insights.
- Lead Product Managers with coaching and succession planning.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Establish scalable product processes and governance.
