Job summary

Fieldguide is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Strategy & Operations to connect Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market, turning strategy into executable impact across the lifecycle. This first dedicated hire will balance hands-on work with strategic initiatives, building from zero rather than inheriting.

You will shape governance, launch calendars, and scalable processes while driving measurable outcomes for agents and customers in a fast-growing AI-native platform.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, product or corporate strategy, consulting, or related operational roles at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
• Experience building processes and programs from scratch and scaling them thoughtfully.
• Ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into recommendations and roadmap inputs.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Voice of Customer systems synthesizing signals into product insights.
• Establish rigorous metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure product success and impact.
• Own analysis behind major product bets, including competitive positioning and unit economics at scale.
• Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and rituals.
• Build run-of-business systems and drive cross-functional alignment across teams.
