CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product - Third Party Vendor Integrations to define strategy and execution for vendor integrations across the portfolio.

You will align Sales, Product, Operations, Pricing, Claims, Billing, and field stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and set the integration approach. The role requires strategic ownership, cross-functional judgment, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and field guidance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related leadership programs.
• Experience in payer or health care vendor integrations.
• Ability to define strategy and execution for complex processes.
• Translate ambiguous needs into clear requirements.
• Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication to produce field-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the inventory of third-party vendors enabled for integration.
• Lead intake for new vendors and guide cross-functional evaluation of feasibility.
• Communicate integration models and operational updates to field and stakeholders.
• Resolve production issues and coordinate across product, operations, and support teams.
