Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product - Third Party Vendor Integrations to define strategy and execution for vendor integrations.

You will coordinate across Sales, Product, Operations, Pricing, Claims, Billing, and field teams to evaluate opportunities and determine the right integration approach. The role requires strategic product ownership, strong cross-functional judgment, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable integration plans and field guidance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, ownership, or related leadership programs.
• Healthcare industry experience with payer/vendor integrations or contracting.
• Experience defining strategy for complex processes or service models.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the integration inventory and align with stakeholders.
• Lead intake for new vendors and guide evaluation of feasibility and setup.
• Craft field communications and provide guidance on integration models and rules.
• Act as central point for production questions and cross-functional issue resolution.
