CVS Health seeks a Sr. Manager, Product - Third Party Vendor Integrations to define strategy for vendor integrations and coordinate across Sales, Product, Operations, Pricing, Claims and Billing.

You will own the integration portfolio and translate business needs into clear requirements and execution directions. The role requires strategic ownership and strong cross-functional judgment, with the ability to guide field communications and readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, ownership, or related programs.
• Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting in healthcare.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; create field-facing materials.
• Influence decisions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Maintain visibility of the integration portfolio as vendors and needs evolve.
• Lead new vendor intake and guide cross-functional evaluation.
• Communicate integration models, business rules, and plan sponsor nuances to field stakeholders.
• Resolve production issues and coordinate actions across product, operations, and support teams.
