Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management, product ownership, business process strategy, operations, or related leadership programs.
• Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting, or healthcare programs.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with field-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for third‑party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the vendor integration inventory and update stakeholders.
• Act as the single point of contact for Sales on new vendors and intake requests.
• Craft field communications on vendor models, rules, and sponsor nuances.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to resolve production issues and queries.
