Responsibilities

• Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain the inventory of third-party vendors enabled for integration; ensure portfolio visibility.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Sales regarding new vendors seeking integration; guide evaluation and readiness.
• Provide clear field and stakeholder communications on integration models, rules, and sponsor nuances.
• Lead cross-functional resolution of production issues related to vendor integrations; coordinate actions across teams.
