Job summary

Ektello seeks a Senior Product & Portfolio Manager to lead cross-LOB initiatives across Samsung.com and the Shop App. This onsite role focuses on optimizing customer journeys, driving digital growth, and improving merchandising strategies through data-driven decisions.

You will own end-to-end portfolio health, collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Global teams, and translate strategy into scalable US site experiences. A results-driven ecommerce leader is ideal.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in eCommerce or related digital roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional digital initiatives.
• Strong ability to communicate and coordinate global/local teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-LOB portfolio of initiatives across Samsung.com and Shop App.
• Drive roadmaps and prioritization based on impact, value, feasibility.
• Maintain knowledge of site experiences, promotions, and journeys to identify dependencies and risks.
• Partner with merchandising to streamline workflows and cohesive experiences.
• Analyze journeys to optimize discovery, conversion, AOV, and engagement.
• Develop merchandising, cross-sell, upsell, and bundling strategies.
• Formulate hypotheses and support data-driven experiments.
• Own business requirements and translate global strategy to US site.
• Analyze journey and campaign performance with analytics tools to drive actions.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with accountability.
• Monitor competitors and translate findings to roadmap.
