Job summary

Brick LLC in Chicago is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Ecommerce to own the full customer journey from storefront to post-purchase, optimizing our Shopify storefront, marketing funnels, and onsite purchase flows to drive conversion, AOV, and revenue.

You'll work across UX, engineering, business, and merchandising to translate brand into high-performing experiences, define CRO programs, and lead a rigorous experimentation engine to inform prioritization and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Product Management with direct revenue ownership.
• Experience with DTC brands and Shopify environments.
• Proven CRO and experimentation track record.
• Strong analytics using GA4, Shopify Analytics, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ecommerce roadmap to drive conversion and revenue.
• Define core ecommerce KPIs and lead experimentation.
• Lead platform work with Engineering and Design on requirements and releases.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing to optimize landing experiences.
• Lead onsite merchandising and promotions across launches and campaigns.
• Build and lead user research to inform UX and product decisions.
• Maintain live ecommerce quality, performance, and brand integrity.
