Capri Holdings Limited seeks a Senior Manager, Site Merchandising to drive end-to-end ecommerce performance across the full site funnel. You will own the business, balance brand storytelling with data-driven decision making, and lead a cross-functional team to optimize the customer shopping experience.

This role partners with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Creative, UX, Analytics, and Technology to deliver brand-right, conversion-optimized experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive ecommerce experience in fashion, luxury, or consumer brands.
• Proven success driving ecommerce sales, conversion, and customer growth.
• Strong commercial orientation linking digital performance to business and financial goals.
• Balance of brand sensibility with analytical rigor for homepage storytelling and site strategy.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the ecommerce business with accountability for sales, margins, conversion, traffic, AOV, and growth KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end site experience across homepage, navigation, collections, PDPs, search, and cross-category experiences.
• Translate targets into actionable ecommerce strategies and monitor performance to drive improvements.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships and communicate performance insights to leadership.
