You will own the end-to-end portfolio of cross-line-of-business initiatives, partnering closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Global teams to eliminate friction, scale merchandising strategies, and drive key commercial metrics (conversion, AOV, and ecosystem attach). This is a fully onsite position designed for an analytical, results-driven eCommerce leader with a deep passion for customer experience and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Ownership:
Manage a robust portfolio of cross-LOB initiatives and user experiences across Samsung.com and the Shop App.
  • Roadmap Strategy & Prioritization:
Drive product road mapping and prioritization for cross-LOB capabilities based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Ecosystem Cohesiveness:
Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of site experiences, promotions, and customer journeys across LOBs to proactively identify cross-site dependencies, risks, and inconsistencies.
  • Process Improvement:
Partner with category merchandising teams to streamline operational workflows and ensure customer experiences remain cohesive across the broader digital ecosystem.
  • Customer Experience & Growth Journey Analysis:
Analyze the end-to-end customer journey to optimize discovery, consideration, conversion, engagement, AOV, and ecosystem attach.
  • Ecosystem Recommendations:
Develop cross-category merchandising, cross-sell, upsell, and bundling strategies. Identify experience gaps and build actionable recommendations alongside Product and Design.
  • Experimentation:
Formulate hypotheses and support data-driven experimentation and site optimization based on user behavior.
  • Feature, Capability & Global Campaign Management:
    Business Requirements:
Own business requirements and CX needs for capabilities spanning multiple LOBs, guiding features from definition through development, testing, launch, and optimization.
    Global Translation:
Lead and coordinate Global campaigns and key drive periods, translating global strategy into localized, high-performing US site experiences while managing regional dependencies and risks.
    Performance Tracking:
Establish clear success measures, monitor feature adoption, and recommend ongoing enhancements based on commercial performance.
  • Analytics, Program Management & Intelligence Data-Driven Insights:
Independently analyze customer journey, funnel, and campaign performance using Adobe Analytics and Tableau to translate metrics into prioritized business actions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from definition to execution, maintaining strict accountability for project plans, stakeholder alignment, milestones, and post-launch reviews.
  • Competitive Benchmarking:
Monitor digital commerce competitors to identify emerging customer expectations, benchmark digital capabilities, and translate findings into product roadmap opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Workplace Schedule: 100% Fully Onsite.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, digital product management, customer experience, or product operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Process Improvement & Project Management: Demonstrated history of leading complex, cross-functional digital initiatives from requirements gathering through launch and measurement in a matrixed environment.
  • Product Roadmapping: Strong capability in defining strategic roadmaps, balancing competing stakeholder priorities, and managing multi-workstream portfolios.
