Job summary

SHRM is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to guide strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations of the digital commerce experience. This role ensures the platform supports revenue goals and customer needs while driving improvements across discovery, evaluation, purchase, and post-purchase activities.

Collaborate across Strategy, Digital Experience, Technology, Analytics, and Marketing to own the platform and translate business requirements into scalable solutions, overseeing launches

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in eCommerce, digital product, digital experience, or related field with complex initiatives.
• Experience owning an eCommerce platform and ecosystem of systems.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements for tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the eCommerce strategy and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, average order value, digital adoption, customer experience, and revenue.
• Develop business cases for new capabilities and investments based on data and business value.
• Monitor and analyze eCommerce metrics and translate insights into actions and priorities.
• Partner with Marketing, UX, Product, and other stakeholders to optimize the digital customer journey.
