Job summary

Nebius is seeking a senior, full-stack analyst / data scientist to own Product and PLG analytics end-to-end. You’ll define the self-serve funnel, build pipelines, model data, and deliver clear recommendations directly to the CEO and leadership.

You’ll design experiments, deploy predictive models, monitor key metrics, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing and GTM to drive pricing, growth levers and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product/Growth Analytics, Data Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years in SaaS with funnels, cohorts, activation, retention, monetization and PLG dynamics.
• Strong statistical foundation.
• End-to-end experience from data engineering through modeling to a delivered recommendation.
• Hands-on Python in production for data analysis, experimentation and modeling.
• Experience with large, messy, event-level datasets.
• Ability to influence business strategy through data and drive alignment across executives.
• Strong communication: translate complex analysis into a clear story and concrete recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own Product and PLG analytics end-to-end: define, instrument and measure the self-serve funnel from first API call through activation, conversion to paid, expansion and churn.
• Uncover drivers behind top-level KPIs: which behaviors, use cases and product experiences predict activation, retention and monetization.
• Build data pipelines and models (SQL, dbt, Python, orchestration) turning raw data into trusted datasets.
• Build and ship predictive models (conversion propensity, churn risk, usage forecasting, lead scoring) and integrate outputs into product and GTM workflows.
• Design, run and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, pricing tests, onboarding changes) and apply causal inference when needed.
• Monitor key metrics, investigate trends and surface actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with CEO and leadership on pricing, growth levers and market opportunities; turn questions into analysis and decisions.
• Set standard for metric definitions and single source of truth across teams.
