LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to decode digital body language and optimize PLG engines. You will work across Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Data teams to drive high-value lead routing and activation strategies.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, experimentation, and robust analytics using GA360/GA4, Amplitude, and CRM platforms. Strong collaboration and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of growth marketing analytics or PLG strategy experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven ability to bridge Marketing, Sales Ops, Data, and Product management.

Responsibilities

• Audit, categorize, and source first- and third-party signals across contacts and accounts.
• Define the "next best action" and activation responses for accounts and users.
• Lead cross-functional activation workflows across Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Data teams.
