Job summary

Nebius Group is hiring a senior Product Manager to own the vertical roadmap for our AI-driven vertical search offerings. You will collaborate with engineering, data, research, and GTM teams to deliver customer-focused products from discovery to revenue.

You will explore data sources, shape product surfaces, and influence cross-functional partners to prioritize the right opportunities and deliver measurable business impact in an enterprise AI context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in search, data, or industry AI products.
• Experience building products for a specific industry or use case with technical depth into the data behind it.
• Strong customer discovery track record and data-driven insights.
• Experience in API-first or developer-platform businesses.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and search/retrieval in workflows.
• Technical background with CS/engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the vertical roadmap and decide investments and when a vertical is not worth it.
• Shape the product surface on top of data for customer use.
• Evaluate data behind each vertical from public and paid providers.
• Sit with customers to understand workflows and translate into specs for engineering.
• Define what a good answer looks like with the evaluation team.
• Work with customer success to learn customer needs and causes of churn.
• Partner with the search owner on ranking and shaping results for each use case.
