Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Staff Product Analyst to establish analytics foundations for our PLG-driven product suite. As the first analytics hire, you'll design pipelines, define success metrics, and partner with product managers and designers to drive data-informed decisions across our multi-product portfolio.

You will own analytics strategy, build dashboards in Superset/Heap, and translate complex findings into actionable roadmap guidance for executives, while mentoring PMs on data literacy and

Qualifications

• Staff-level expertise in product analytics with leadership.
• Proven track record accelerating PLG growth in developer-focused products.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses.
• Ability to build dashboards and analytics infrastructure solo.
• Experience designing, running, and analyzing experiments with rigor.
• Understanding of developer behavior and API/SDK adoption patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics strategy for product-led growth and design experiments.
• Build measurement infrastructure and dashboards from the ground up.
• Partner with product managers and designers to define success metrics.
• Instrument products correctly and establish baselines.
• Design experiments across the developer journey and adoption patterns.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to link product usage to acquisition and revenue.
• Synthesize cross-product insights to inform longer-term strategy.
• Establish best practices and mentoring around analytics for the team.
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable roadmap recommendations.
