Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sr. Product Owner to decompose priorities for NDOC mission software under the DOMEX platform. You will guide design, integration, and testing with an on-site emphasis at Bethesda, MD, while enabling occasional remote tasks and flexible scheduling.

You will manage backlog, drive continuous process improvement, and mentor engineers, partnering with government leads and Release Train Engineers in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph eligibility.
• Experience as Technical Product Owner or similar in Agile teams.
• Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Decompose high priority requirements into delivered features.
• Maintain backlog and coordinate across applications.
• Lead an Agile scrum team and mentor engineers.
