Job summary

Leidos is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared Platform Services Technical Lead to guide a multidisciplinary team supporting the DOMEX Technology Platform in Bethesda, MD. You will lead design, deployment, and sustainment of mission-critical application-runtime capabilities, working with stakeholders to translate mission priorities into technical solutions.

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph eligibility.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for design, deployment, and sustainment of NDOC mission applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into development plans.
Own and prioritize team backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
Guide design decisions aligning with architecture, security, and mission objectives.
Lead technical discussions and resolve complex engineering challenges.
Balance security, defects, sustainment, and technical debt for platform stability.
Identify risks and impediments and coordinate issue resolution.
Drive PI objectives and sprint commitments with visibility into progress.
Participate in Agile/SAFe activities and promote best practices.
Communicate progress and risks to program management and leadership.
Contribute to technical documentation and planning.
