Job summary

Leidos is seeking a TS/SCI-cleared DevOps Software Engineer to join a fast-paced team supporting the DOMEX Technology Platform. The role is primarily on-site in Bethesda, MD with a flexible schedule and occasional remote work.

You will design, deploy, and maintain a containerized microservices stack, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities. Ten-plus years program experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of relevant experience; 6+ years with a Master's.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Strong Linux proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD orchestration and GitLab.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain a full-stack, containerized microservices architecture.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation to accelerate development and reliability.
• Design and support scalable, redundant infrastructure across physical and virtual environments.
• Use Helm to configure Kubernetes deployments for new features.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers to architect solutions for new capabilities.
• Contribute technical input to engineering documentation and diagrams.
• Participate in Agile release planning, scrums, and bug triage.
