Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the DIA’s National Digital Exploitation and OSINT Center (NDOC) under the DOMEX Technology Platform contract. Lead systems engineering tasks, perform requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, and documentation, and serve as Scrum Master for the software team.

Most work is on-site at Bethesda, MD with flexible scheduling and occasional remote tasks; requires a BS in Engineering or related field and 12+ years in software or systems

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 12+ years in software development or systems engineering.
• Active Top Secret//SCI security clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph
• Experience in GPU-enabled systems architecture and engineering, including GPU integration, virtualization, MIG, and related stacks.
• Experience in writing technical solutions and whitepapers
• Experience implementing Agile processes and facilitating Scrum rituals
• Experience with GitLab, JIRA, Confluence or similar tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage full spectrum of systems engineering tasks: requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, and documentation.
• Take on the role of Scrum Master to lead a software development team; manage risks and impediments.
• Define processes for technical platforms, system specifications, and hardware/software compatibility.
• Establish SE processes and tools for analysis, problem diagnosis, and solution design, including risk mitigation.
• Manage a Scrum team across microservices and system architectures.
