AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. This role prioritizes epics that reduce systemic risk and drives policy/tooling adoption to minimize developer friction.

The ideal candidate has a strong AppSec/DevSecOps background and demonstrates autonomous leadership across cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable developer platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience building internal developer platforms, security tooling, or DevSecOps products.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without requiring day-to-day direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts directly reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure that all built solutions, including ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning, reduce developer friction and enhance the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and the Agile execution pods.
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to align roadmaps with business goals.
