Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. You will prioritize epics to reduce systemic risk, drive policy/tooling adoption, and minimize developer friction. A strong AppSec or DevSecOps background with cross-functional autonomy is essential.
You will define and refine user stories across Workstreams 1-5, aligning with executive security mandates and Agile pods to deliver secure, scalable tooling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner, ideally building internal developer platforms or security tooling.
- Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
- Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
- Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without requiring day-to-day direction.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts reduce systemic risk.
- Drive the adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
- Ensure solutions like ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning reduce developer friction.
- Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods.
